Swisscom refused my complaint and stopped contacting me

Despite the fact I have been a loyal customer without any missing payments and ordering their most expensive packages and offers. This very time mlthe company I work for reallocated me without any prior notice to another country. 


Only 1 month before I receive my relocation notice I have signed up for for inhome and new mobile number and phone with Swisscom  I contacted the customer senter to ask if I could receive an expeption for this time as my intention was to stay in Switzerland but I was relocated by the company I work for. The lady I spoke was very nice and she cancelled my contract with the broadband inhome and she also asked me to keep the router device for the future when I return.


She also tried to help me with the mobile contract but it was not on her power to do so. She asked me to start a case via plaintes.ch.


So I did. I explained the exact same situation and I received a cruel inhuman message from the manager of customer service  She clearly skipped the fact I was a loyal customer and never missed any payments in the past and apparently she did not care the company from Switzerland relocated me to another country. 


She told me you are binded by a contract and you must respect the terms by the end of it. 


I find it very weird the fact the lady from the Internet department managed to cancel my contract even though it was older than the mobile contract. And the other lady refused to cancel this contract which was a newer. 


I felt discriminated because apparently I am not Swiss. This company has to re evaluate their staff. It is a great company with great products and quality. But when it comes to customer care you pray to be a nice person who you are dealing with. 


I really thank the first lady who helped me canceling the inhome and saving me the trouble. But I feel really disappointed from the answer I received from the manager of customer care department. She was rude, I felt discriminated and she refused to stop my payments for services I am not receiving.


I'm still paying this contract until the end of its period but I definitely not going back to Swisscom when I relocate back to Switzerland  


Thanks to this lady... I hope no one else will have such an experience ever!

I prefer to keep this case open until I feel satisfied with the results. So far there is no changes to this case. Hence I keep this open.
