No response to warranty repair requests
La plainte
I purchased a Brother MFCJ985DWG1 printer on 9th January 2017. Printer is covered by seller's 24 month warranty. I requested a repair under warranty on email, I repeated my emails 5 times over 5 weeks. I tried calling but I was not successful. I received no response from Techniworld. I used their 3 different email addresses. It did not work. I would like to ask for a full refund of my printer price. I wish no further business with Techniworld and I recommend everyone to avoid them.
