Cancelling booking, confirmed, no any progress after 3 months

As a normal flyer, i booked the tickets from Zurich to Kunming in July. Due to trip change, i then had to cancel the tickets and would like to pay 260 CHF fee as trasaction fee. It was informed, the repayment would take 3 months.

3 months later, now in October. they didnt pay one cent back and didnt provide further feedback.

Thereofre, i would claim a repayment in amount of 2000 CHF incl. the ticket fee and a compensation.
