My name is Yossi Zabari, and I am seeking assistance with a dispute involving Sixt car rental in Switzerland. After returning the vehicle with confirmation from their staff that no damage was present, I was later charged for alleged damages without being present at the inspection or receiving clear evidence.
Despite my efforts to contest the claim directly with Sixt, the issue has escalated to a debt collection agency without resolution.
Could you please advise if you can assist with handling this case or provide guidance on next steps?
