I have two complaints to file and after trying to reach you several times and not be reached back i hope this complaint is taken seriously.


Number one: - I have the mobile phone plan Regular and i called last monday to change my plan because i wanted more internet. the girl sugested i paid more 5fr and activated the yalo go s but i called again trying to understand better and the colegue explained me everything i change my plan so i could have roaming and told me to cancel the yalo go s. When i called to cancel the yalo go s the next day they said i haid to pay something that i did not even used.


Second one: i have ordered the internet home cable max and it came two weeks ago, over the last two weeks i have tried to reach you by chat, phone and i«have created several tickets because the internet is not working and today i received the invoice to pay the service i haven't used because you have failed to help me make it work. I have not been reached back, noone has called me and when i called they said i had to schedule a visit from the technician and pay the activiation fee when in the contract they told me the activation fee was free.


I would love to see this taken care in the next days because i need the internet to work. i have to change the mobile plan because you failed to help me correctly turn on the cable internet and you ask me for twice the money for this?! it is not fair


I would like to be contacted back today to resolve the problem.
