No tyres no refund as well
La plainte
I ordered winter tyres on reifendirekt.com on 22nd Oct, tyres were to come by 6th Nov. The parcel company dpd told they never got any tyre to ship.
As of 20th Dec, there are no tyres, there is no refund and there is no reply to numerous emails
