OTTO's selling poor quality furniture items?

Hi,
We got a new sofa set delivered from OTTOs in Sep'17.
In less than 3 years, the condition of the Sofa set can be seen (in the pictures attached).
Very poor quality, I must say.


I went to OTTO's at Dietikon and I was told that nothing can be done (such issues are not covered in warranty and this is out of warranty as well), you may want to think about disposing it off. And this is very common with leather sofas and almost every store has reduced the options available due to the same reason.


Please note: at the time of purchase, same people encourages us to buy this sofa :(
Is there anything you can do to help?

L'entreprise n'a pas répondu à la plainte.

Given more than enough time, I find this really strange that such companies are surviving in Switzerland. OTTOs did not even have courage to face the genuine complainant. This is highly unprofessional and unethical - I would need some guidance on how Ktipp can help me take this further.
